1. Acceptance
By creating an account, browsing, or purchasing from zebrahouseco.com, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your password and passkeys secure and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us right away at zebrahouseco@gmail.com if you think your account has been compromised. Accounts are personal — don't sell, trade, or share access to yours.
3. Purchases
Prices are shown in USD at checkout and may change at any time before you complete an order. Limited drops sell out permanently once stock is gone — "Forever" pieces are restocked as availability allows. Orders are printed and shipped by Printful on Zebra House's behalf once payment is confirmed.
Because every piece is made to order, all sales are final except where an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered — contact zebrahouseco@gmail.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
Pending: confirm this refund/exchange stance matches your intended policy before launch — this is a business decision, not boilerplate, and is worth a deliberate review.
4. Community conduct
Posting in Zebra House threads means following our Community Guidelines — no explicit content, no harassment, and you're responsible for what you post. We can remove content or restrict access at our discretion, at any time, for any violation.
5. Intellectual property
Zebra House's name, logos, artwork, and product designs belong to Zebra House Co. Content you post in the community — text, art, photos, GIFs, stickers — remains yours; posting it gives Zebra House the right to display it on the platform, nothing more.
6. Termination
We can suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, particularly for violating these terms or the Community Guidelines. You can stop using Zebra House and request account deletion at any time.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Zebra House is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zebra House is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased through it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Zebra House Co. operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
