1. Who we are
Zebra House Co. ("Zebra House," "we," "us") operates zebrahouseco.com — a clothing storefront and member community. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it. Questions go to zebrahouseco@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
Account information. Email address, a hashed password (we never store your password in readable form), your chosen username, and an optional support name used only for account help and order review.
Order information. Shipping address, billing address, name, phone number, and order contents. Payment card details are never collected or stored by Zebra House — they go directly to Stripe.
Community content. Posts, comments, GIFs, and stickers you choose to publish in threads. Posts are automatically screened by an automated moderation check before they publish.
Passkey/biometric sign-in. If you register a passkey (Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint, device PIN, or a security key), the biometric data itself never leaves your device and is never sent to or stored by Zebra House — only a public key credential reference is stored, which cannot be used to reconstruct your biometric data.
Cookies and session data. A first-party session cookie keeps you signed in. Zebra House does not use advertising cookies, third-party ad trackers, or analytics trackers of any kind.
3. Who we share it with
We share only what's needed to run the service, and only with these processors:
- Stripe — processes payment, collects billing details, and calculates sales tax at checkout. Zebra House never sees or stores your full card number.
- Printful — receives your name, shipping address, and order contents so it can print and ship your order directly.
- Supabase — hosts our account, community, and order database.
- Resend — delivers transactional email (order confirmations, sign-in links, account confirmation). Never used for marketing email without your consent.
- Google — only if you choose "Continue with Google" to sign in, in which case Google shares your name and email with us for account creation.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.
4. How we use it
To create and secure your account, fulfill and ship orders, send order and account-related email, run community features (threads, notifications, your House Collection), respond to support requests, and prevent fraud or abuse.
5. Data security
Traffic to Zebra House is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text. Guest order access tokens are encrypted at rest. Access to customer data is restricted to what each part of the system actually needs to function.
6. Your choices
You can update your account details from Settings at any time, sign out, or remove a passkey from your device's own settings. To request a copy of your data, or to request that we delete your account and associated data, email zebrahouseco@gmail.com — we'll respond directly. Some order records may be retained longer where needed for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
7. Children's privacy
Zebra House is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of Zebra House after a change means you accept the update.
